Behind every finished package is an unglamorous discipline that determines whether it ships: the mechanical. This is the production backbone of packaging across Jurassic World, KPop Demon Hunters, Toy Story, Imaginext, and Mattel Creations, the work that carries a design from approved concept to a physical product on a shelf anywhere in the world.

The scope spans the full production pipeline. Bluelines, rough and final color, grey models and color renders, localization across global markets, e-commerce assets, demonstration videos, and lifestyle photography. To deliver it, I lead four production teams of graphic designers and illustrators across mainland China and Hong Kong, with all printing handled in China and Vietnam. Each format carries its own technical demands, and every market adds another layer of language, regulation, and regional nuance to manage without compromising the integrity of the design.
