Art Director + Creative Lead + Generative AI
CREATE EXPERIENCES
Art Direction. Creative Strategy. Creative Management.
At Mattel, I lead brand and packaging design for Disney/Pixar’s Toy Story and Netflix’s KPop Demon Hunters, direct design and illustration teams across three studios in Asia, and have supported Universal’s Jurassic World. I’ve also introduced generative AI workflows and trained designers on using the tools as part of the creative process.
Before Mattel, I spent nearly four years at Activision designing across five Call of Duty premium releases and multiple Warzone maps. Recent work includes Mattel’s Masters of the Universe collaboration with artist James Jean and two Jurassic World San Diego Comic-Con releases that sold out on launch day.
I’ve been making art since kindergarten, when my teacher convinced my parents to enroll me in extra art classes. Since then, I’ve moved between drawing, painting, illustration, ceramics, collage, photography, and woodworking, and I’ve exhibited in galleries across the country.
Before earning my MFA at ArtCenter, I spent 15 years teaching and building art programs in schools in the U.S. and England. I built programs from scratch, led departments, trained teachers, and worked in schools that were starting over or needed help. A lot of how I lead now came from doing that work.
