CALL OF DUTY

Brand Design. Game Assets. Marketing. World Building.

At Activision, I was tasked with building graphic design layers for multiple Call of Duty and Warzone maps developed by High Moon Studios. The challenge for every logo, sign, digital poster, fictional brand for a specific world, social media post, and employee swag stemmed from the ubiquitous brief,  "Make it look cool."

Getting that right across dozens of global locations meant designing authentically in various languages, with legal and cultural compliance built into every asset. Research led though plot points (beats), regional aesthetics, naming conventions, architectural context. Nothing shipped without 30+ iterations.  Assets ranged from weapon decals and product labels to full wayfinding systems, mosaics, digital posters, all designed to feel like they predated the game.

Thousands of assets shipped across 5 premium Call of Duty titles and multiple Warzone maps. Call of Duty remains the best-selling video game franchise in history. Outside the game worlds, the work extended to the full rebrand of High Moon Studios and regional talent recruitment campaigns.
