After moving over a dozen times during my youth, my life became a representation of iteration. Each new start grew from what was familiar and collectively shaped the future of that new environment. As a teenager, I remember killing time reading my Dad’s tattered copy of Saul Alinsky’s, Rules for Radicals. What stuck with me from those pages is the perspective of
"a means leading to another means”. He defined a process that highlights a positively productive struggle that has consistently influenced my practices of art and design for the last three decades. A noxious fuel of atomic curiosity and concentrated awareness that makes strategy of thought and informed action never-ending, ever-defining, and visceral.
