Since the 1940's Los Angeles has been without the delicacy that places Chili atop of Spaghetti; a staple in the Midwest. To entice movement towards an unknown craving, a business model was formed that provides hot, fast, consistent food. This is accomplished by serving only Vegetarian and Meat Chili on Noodles. The effects of a limited offering is a reduction in waste, food preparation, and cost. Customers with less decisions have less stress further encouraged by consistently great flavor and outstanding service at reasonable prices.
